Resources and Research Cores within DMC
The Duke Microbiome Center (DMC) offers services in genomics, molecular biology, and bioinformatics through collaboration as well as shared resource services. DMC also offers other research resources including gnotobiotic animal models, sequencing, and consultation on experimental design/grant preparation.

The Breakfast Club
A weekly forum for community building, and a flexible venue for meetings and scientific discussion.

American Society for Microbiology – North Carolina Branch meeting and research symposium
The DMC is hosting NC-ASM’s annual meeting and research symposium on November 4th on Duke Campus.

DMC Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Working Group
Digital and in-person forum for researchers to discuss biostats/bioinformatics problems, share resources/knowledge, and build collaborative networks with others using these tools.
